Exchanges (Sizing Issues)
We’re happy to exchange sneakers if the size isn’t right, provided:

The item is unworn

Returned in original condition and packaging

Sent back within 7 days of delivery

Once we receive your return, we’ll send out the correct size.

If the sizing issue is not due to our error, a delivery fee will apply for sending the new pair.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale items

Custom Nike Air Force 1 designs

Sneakers returned damaged after extended use (over 3 months)

Custom Orders

Custom sneakers take 10–14 working days to complete and deliver.

Due to the personalized nature of these items, custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Return Process

To return an item:

Send us a photo of your waybill so we can track and process your return.

Items returned in worn or unacceptable condition will be sent back to you.

While we assist where possible, we cannot guarantee responsibility for items lost in transit during return shipping.
